User evaluation

It takes two minutes to answer the questions, and your answers are anonymous. This means that we can't link your answers to the information that we have about you. We do user evaluations so that we can improve our counselling by knowing your personal experience with us. By improving our counselling, more people can receive a good counselling from us.
